I think its important to establish a good relationship with one's neighbors. Daddy is kind of shy and Mommy is kind of obnoxious, so I guess this responsibility falls to me.

Personally, I'm of the belief that you should start crying whenever the neighbors so much as even look at you. Or your parents' friends that you've met tons of times. Yay for stranger anxiety!
